The five-member Albany County Public Library Board of Directors are appointed by the county commissioners. The board is responsible for the maintenance, operation and promotion of the library. All meetings are public. The regular meeting time is the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Meeting Room at the library.
