Libraries have always been an essential part of my life since the library across the street from my elementary school with its Dr. Doolittle books. I've patronized them, studied, worked, and volunteered in them, and loved them all. Now I hope to pass on this joy by helping to sustain and enrich them. Libraries offer us the world.
